Q: Why are you stopping delivery to the USA?

A:

The global situation with Covid-19 has brought with it a number of unprecedented challenges when it comes to international deliveries. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality of service that exceeds your expectations every time you shop with us, but due to the ongoing pandemic, we simply can’t promise you that level of quality at this time. This has led us to make the difficult decision to stop delivering to the USA for the time being.

You can still shop with us as you usually would until the 30th October 2020. Deliveries might take a little longer than usual due to the ongoing pandemic, but we’re not going anywhere yet. We’re still open in the UK and our dedicated USA Customer Care team will be happy to answer any questions you might have or help you with your orders.

Q: What if I need to return something?

Don’t worry, we’ll still be accepting returns within our standard returns period of 90 days.

Q: Can I still exchange an item?

A:

We’re sorry but we can’t exchange any items after the 31st October 2020. Instead, we will refund your order in full.

Any outstanding orders after 31st October 2020 will also be refunded. We’re sorry for any disappointment this might cause.

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, our deliveries might take a little longer than usual to reach you.
