Will I be able to track my international parcel?

Yes, 24 hours after you have received an e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched. 

The tracking number will be updated on the website under My Account. Select 'View Order History' and you will see a list of your recent orders. 

Click on the 'View Order' link to the right of your order number.

Scroll down, click on the tracking number and that will take you directly to the WNDirect website to allow you to track the parcel yourself - it's as easy as that!

Why can I not have delivery to Italy?

We are very sorry to advise that due to a change in delivery and distribution, we can no longer deliver to Italy. 

We would like to apologise for any disappointment and assure you that if anything changes in the future to allow us to deliver to Italy once again, we will update these pages immediately.

I live in the Channel Islands, will I be charged VAT?

If you are not a UK resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address (which includes the Channel Islands), the products will normally be zero-rated and not subject to UK VAT, however the total amount charged for your order will not change.

We can only accept orders and enquiries from overseas customers via our website.

For EU countries, we aim to deliver 3-5 working days after dispatch, subject to stock availability and excluding Sale periods. For Non- EU countries, we aim to deliver within 7 working days from dispatch.** Delivery will be by courier Monday to Friday during local country business hours with a signature service.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Do you deliver to international PO Box addresses?

As our parcels are all fully tracked to ensure secure delivery, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If your billing address is a PO Box you must provide your postal address without PO box number as your delivery address.

Can I order from the UK for international delivery?

Yes you can. You will be able to add a different international delivery address from your UK billing address. Please ensure you select the country from the drop down menu.

Please note your billing address must be the address your card is registered to.

International delivery is Monday to Friday during local country business hours with a signature service.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

For EU countries, we aim to deliver 3 days after dispatch, subject to stock availability and excluding Sale periods. For Non-EU countries, we aim to deliver within 7 working days from dispatch.**  Delivery will be by DHL Monday to Friday during local country business hours with a signature service.

Please note payment is in Sterling and is taken at point of sale at your bank provider's current exchange rate.

Can I order from an international address for delivery to the UK

Yes, you can. We have listened to our customers and made some changes to our site and you can now use a different delivery address from your billing address. Please note your billing address must still be the address your card is registered to.
