The terms and conditions apply to the use of the cottontraders.com website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions). Please note, these Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. If you have any queries relating to the Conditions, please contact the Customer Service team before placing an order.
You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us. Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. If you receive an email asking for your personal information, username or password, or payment information, please do not respond and contact our Customer Service team immediately.

• To maintain our quality standards, we may monitor and record calls to enable us to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.
• When placing an order with Cotton Traders, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Cotton Traders and product availability.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address given at the point of order and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost and estimated shipping times.
• You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.

For US orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. You will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
• The estimated shipping date of your order will be stated at point of order and within your confirmation email. We will endeavour to ensure your order arrives within the stated time; however this is an estimated date range and is not guaranteed.
• We cannot currently ship orders to PO Box addresses.
• Please note that our orders are shipped from the UK and are therefore subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country, if the value of goods exceeds USD$800.
• International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities which can delay delivery.
• For Standard shipping we aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from dispatch, subject to stock availability & excluding Sale periods.
• The Standard shipping rate is $9.95
• Free Standard shipping is applicable on orders totalling $79 or more after discounts and promotions have been applied.
• Parcels sent via Standard shipping will be delivered by USPS and are not trackable.
• If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of your order being placed please contact our customer service team.
• For Express shipping we aim to deliver your order within 3 business days from dispatch, subject to stock availability & excluding Sale periods.
• The Express shipping rate is $19.95.
• Parcels sent via Express shipping will be delivered by courier and are fully trackable.
• If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of your order being placed please contact our customer service team who will be able to help.
• You may cancel your order no later than 90 days after the day on which you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 90 days of receiving your goods.
• The cost of your returned items will be reimbursed in full including any standard shipping charges provided the items are returned.
• Additional Shipping Charges: Express shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.
• All prices quoted on this website are in US Dollars and are valid only in the USA.
• The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations due to the rate of sales tax or exchange rate fluctuations. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note.
• Please note that some promotions have a minimum spend to qualify.
• You can only use ONE Promotional Code per order.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Please check this before placing your order.
• To qualify for the correct promotion please quote the 4 digit Promotional Code which can be found on promotional material or order form.
• Promotions can be claimed on full price items only and exclude clearance items unless otherwise stated within the offer description; any items returned will be refunded minus discount.
• All stock is subject to availability.
• We will advise of current due in date at time of ordering if order is placed by web or telephone.
• If this date changes and is estimated to be due 14 days or later, we will inform you in writing.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The limitations of color reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.
• Please note that our items are in UK sizes and the appropriate US size equivalent is stated on the product pages on our website and in our catalogues.
• When you receive your item you may see the UK size within the garment or footwear. Please check your dispatch note for the US size equivalent before contacting for exchange or refund.
• Please refer to our sizing guide within catalogues or on product pages on our website for general measurements and conversions.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. USA customers can return an item via our local returns service. For full details please refer to FAQs section. Pierced products (such as earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items must be returned within 90 days of receiving the order.
Free Returns with PayPal
Only applies to online orders paid for using PayPal and is subject to PayPal terms and conditions. See FAQs for further details.
All orders returned back to Cotton Traders are automatically refunded back to the original payment method account.
